This sequel features similar gameplay to the original, where players navigate through various environments, break crates to uncover hidden bonuses, and access different levels through Warp Rooms - central hubs that lead to 25 distinct worlds. Crash completes each level by collecting its respective crystal and reaching the goal, which then returns him to the Warp Room, setting him up for the next challenge.
